Welcome to Bible Stories: Cinematic (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
2. App Purpose
Bible Stories: Cinematic provides faith-based cinematic stories in short episode format.
The App is provided for educational, inspirational, and entertainment purposes.
3. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments
The App offers premium access via an auto-renewable subscription:
- Weekly Subscription: $7.99 USD/week, with a 3-day free trial for first-time eligible users.
Premium access unlocks access to all series and episodes.
Actual prices may vary by country/region, local currency, taxes, and App Store pricing rules. The final applicable price is shown in-app before purchase confirmation.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account, where applicable) at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless canceled in advance.
You can manage, cancel, or modify subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID / App Store (or Google Play) account settings after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon subscription purchase, where permitted by law.
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store / Google Play under their own billing and refund policies.
We do not directly collect or store full payment card details.
Purchase status and entitlement validation are managed via RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process anonymous user identifiers, purchase metadata, and limited device-level information for subscription validation, analytics, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
4. Accounts and Access
The App may use technical identifiers and, where applicable, an email address you provide (for example during website checkout or support) to manage access and subscription entitlement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or activation methods associated with your access.
You may delete your account from the App (Profile) where available. Deletion removes associated app data as described in our Privacy Policy. Subscription billing through Apple or Google must be canceled separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
5. Content Availability
We may add, update, remove, or rotate stories and episodes over time.
Access to premium content requires an active subscription where applicable.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or copy the App (except where legally permitted).
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
- Attempt to bypass subscriptions, paywalls, or access controls.
- Resell, distribute, or commercially exploit the App without permission.
7. Attribution, Analytics, and Tracking
The App uses third-party attribution and analytics tools, including AppsFlyer, for advertising attribution, marketing measurement, and campaign performance analysis.
Depending on platform permissions and device settings, this may involve processing identifiers such as AppsFlyer ID, advertising identifiers (for example, IDFA on iOS where permitted), IP address, app/device metadata, and event data.
Tracking is only performed where user consent has been granted, as required by applicable platform policies (including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework on iOS).
Some attribution and analytics data is processed in a pseudonymous or aggregated manner and is not directly linked to a specific user identity.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party providers (including hosting/CDN, analytics and attribution providers, streaming infrastructure, and subscription services).
Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All App content, branding, design, software, audio-visual assets, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted in the App or on our website. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your place of residence unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
